It’s nearly impossible to list the positive outcomes in totality we have had for our patients in such a short time since opening our doors. Below are some highlights. 

1: Near complete recovery to baseline function and cognition following multiple traumatic subdural hematomas resulting in a vegetative state for two months. This required multispecialty coordination and recruitment of highly specific ancillary services as well as anticipatory plans to prevent any major setbacks. 

2: New zeal for life and living with control of a previously unaddressed essential tremor. Previously, the patient had been told there is no medication that will ever get his tremor under control, and he had resigned to waste away in the upcoming months. Once Dr. Chen was able to get his tremor under control, he was able to have extended time with his family and address his other health issues to prolong a quality of life he never dreamed possible. 

3: Provided care for advanced dementia patients at home so that they can pass according to their wishes in the comfort and company of their loved ones. Many patients feel abandoned when it comes to end stage disease, but here we believe care should extend for as long as they are able to receive it.
